Welcome to Salad Worx
At Saladworx we grow, harvest and distribute a unique mix of 80 different varieties of salad leaves, herbs and edible flowers delivered directly to hotels, restaurants and retail outlets, currently within a 50 mile radius of the farm. Our product is harvested and delivered on the same day. All our leaves are grown naturally and the mix varies each week depending on what is freshly available through the season.
Our product is an imaginative, colourful and creative combination of salad leaves, herbs and edible flowers. The seeds are sourced and trialled for their performance in producing leaves with good flavours, interesting colours and texture, and overall appearance.
Our range has extended to a bespoke growing facility, where leaves are grown to order and delivered directly to chefs in their kitchens on the day of harvest. We compliment our salad mix by supplying a variety of fresh culinary herbs.
Our philosophy is to make quality, locally grown produce available in an ethical way, whilst providing a service second to none.
Along with many health benefits, our approach benefits the environment by:-
